I'm Cat. I'm 22. I'm almost a college graduate. I'm tall. I like to sing. I'm much funnier and more interesting on the internet than in person. I watch horribly nerdy TV shows and movies (Supernatural... especially Supernatural, Doctor Who, Sherlock, HIMYM, Glee, SoA, Star Wars, Harry Potter, The Tudors...). I am in love with fictional characters. I don't understand reality. I read Shakespeare and Salinger for fun. I collect rubber ducks and McDonald's toys. I believe in a thing called love.
I’m a believer in God and all that stuff, and my faith has wavered on occasion, but never like it is now.
In all seriousness, why do bad things happen to good people? Is it so they go to Heaven and have all of their wishes fulfilled? God says he wouldn’t give us anything we couldn’t handle. Yet, why do so people feel so helpless that they take it out on themselves or loved ones? Why do so many people end their lives? If God loves us so much, why would he make life so hard?
I feel blasphemous even just saying this. I know God can make a whale and we can’t. I know He is the creator and He knows best and He knows all. But it isn’t fair.
I’m getting skeptical.
